Did you cry at Mufasa's death?

You spelled Mufasa wrong! Hahaa

Of course I was sad

I really wish something could pop up that changes that scene, you know, something clever  that would make us feel better again

I like how disney managed to control our emotions- from sad to scared for Simba as the hyenas chased them. You know what I mean?

I literally can't watch this scene without crying. I don't understand how anyone could. If this scene doesn't make you at least a little bit emotional, you have no heart. Simba's attempts to wake him up just break my heart every single time :'(

I agree with you on that , it is a very emotional scene.the part that get to me is when Simba calls for help and than starts crying.

Well,I like to think they didn't have time to eat him up,because of the fire...
He is the one responsible for Mufasa death and for Simba's whole situation and regarding that very few people feel much sympathy for him.IMO
I don't think anyone cried at Scar's death...

He is however, responsible for Mufasa's death and for all the pain it caused Simba,an innocent child who had done him no harm.

I don't agree. I watched it and didn't cry. Anyway, the story needed the death. Think, if Mufasa was still king in the second movie 1. It wouldn't be called Simba's Pride, 2. Kovu and Kiara wouldn't have been born, and 3. the lions wouldn't reunite.
