Mzuri saw Adeola's reaction and frowned. Was it really needed that she listen to the next part? Oh well she might as well tell her just to let her know what will happen pretty soon. She swallowed and continued talking of her exploits while away from Adeola.

"Uh yes and there is more Adeola. You see I am going to have a child soon as well. Uh it will be his child." She backed up knowing that this too would not be taken with good news by Adeola. She really did not understand what made Adeola so angry and decided to ask her. "Are you angry with me Adeola? I mean uh would it be better if I left? Kujasuri is also here."

Kujasuri stayed hidden and cursed seeing Adeola's face. I am dead now! I will not live past morning. He gulped and decided not to emerge from the crowd after Mzuri said he was here.

after saw Adeola walk away, once she was done with the bath, she went where she was, Kamy sit at one side of Adeola and ask her "Moomy, what's wrong?"

@Nakisisa: As she was nuzzled she snapped out of her daze looking in the direction of her pride and looked back at his crimson gaze. "But, I...", she paused, knowing he was right. What was she missing them for anyways? She was running away from them, after all. But she had to admit, she was going to miss Neobi a lot...and Malaika...and her mother...Afolabi was going to be hard to live without. And then there was her father, Tendai...nope, she was fine without him! Okay, maybe she wasn't, but she held her head up, "you're right".

That being said, she padded on, not really knowing if she was leading him or if he was leading her. It was a new life now, and she would have to get used to the fact that she was either on her own or she had Naki.

@VitanisMate: Adeola felt like she was about to pass out. A baby? With...that rogue? That filthy, disgusting, evil rogue? ...was Mzuri crazy? "Oh" was all she managed to let out. Once she had a bit more time, she opened her mouth and drew in another breath, "well, Mzuri, seems that you are happy with this. So...I couldn't be a happier mother to you, and a happy grandmother to your baby".

Sitting up and getting to her feet, she didn't break her gaze with her daughter and continued to smile that fake smile of hers. "Well, if you'll excuse me". She turned her body around and walked past everyone and off to where she went to relax. Too many things were rushing through her head. She was happy because she hadn't seen Mzuri in a long time; she was angry because her daughter chose to mate with that...poor excuse for skin; she was upset because her daughter had all these moments in her life where she didn't experience them with Adeola; and she was lonely still because she had yet to feel like she was as important as she claimed Kujasuri was to her.

She sat down and sighed out, holding back the tears that were stinging her eyes and her throat was starting to get overwhelmed with its own stinging pleasure.

@SilverSimba01: "Nothing...Kamy, I'm fine" she said, patting the cub's head. She wasn't fine. Not in the least. She had thought about what she had to do to get out of the situation she was in for a while now, and she was thinking about it even before Kamy came into the pride, but now...now she wasn't sure Kamy would be able to handle it.

Kamy just rub her head on Adeola and start to purr, she saw that Adeola has something that was bother her, so she do that to make her feel better, Kamy has always do that to make everyone who was with her feel better, then Kamy tell her "you're the best mommy that I ever knew"

Mzuri heard Adeola's response and dropped her ears. She knew Adeola would be disappointed. Though Adeola tried to make the words sound happy she could hear the shake in her voice like she was sad or disappointed. She then saw Adeola just smile and walk away. Why does everything I do turn to such a sad and angry moment? She just looked down. She was hoping for a happier family reunion.

She looked at Malaika. "Will Adeola be okay?" She decided on whether to follow her and whether Adeola would be angry if she did follow her. Eventually she composed herself and did just that. She ran over to her and told Adeola, "Look I am still the same person you rescued long ago. I mean I have not changed. I still love you Adeola for all you did for me. You were the best mother a cub could ever have." She smiled and looked at Adeola with a mischeivous eye, "Don't you remember all of the bad things I did as a cub? I mean don't you remember the happoer, simpler times? I know you would like to go back to those times but you have to face the facts. I am grown up now okay?"

Kujasuri just looked ahead still hiding in the crowd. He wondered if one of the pride members would see him. Just then he saw Malaika see him. He tried to shrink back into the crowd but failed. He cursed hoping she would not tell Adeola. He knew she would kill him after what Mzuri just said.

"Come on the Adeola" he said walking in front of her, he extended a paw to show she should lead "Where do you want to go?"

@SilverSimba01: Adeola looked down at Kamy as she nuzzled her head to her fur. Adeola had to smile at how kind this little cub was towards her, especially after Kamy came after her when she walked away from the family. "Thank you, Kamy. You're the best daughter", she layed down on her side and wrapped her paws around the little cub's body and pulled her in for a hug and let out an affectionate bellow.

She was torn. What was she going to do? She had never been a mother before, but knowing how it was to be a mother from how her mother spoke so highly of it, she figured all she could do was make sure Kamy was happy and healthy in the environment she was living in. Living in this pride, she had to have a living space that she could easily function in and feel safe. She wasn't exactly the prime example of a mother who could show her that seeing as how there was always tension with her pride and herself.

But if they went on the rogue life...who knows what could happen to Kamy. And she didn't know if she would be able to protect her child as well as she could when the other pride members were around. But then, they would be free to live the life they wanted to live and not have barriers and boarders on how they were to fulfill their destinies. "Kamy, what if I told you that you and I were going to be leaving this pride?"

No. That wasn't an option anymore. She shook her ears and looked at him, "well, you're the rogue. You've seen all the sights, why don't you show me what there is to see that I haven't already seen".

@VitanisMate: Adeola looked over to her daughter and listened to what she had to say. "It's not that I don't accept that the past is in the past, Mzuri," she looked back forward but the tears fell and her voice shook, "but it made me feel, that when you left, I was in your past too."

The lioness lifted her head up and tried to get the tears to pass, not wanting Mzuri to see. "Do you know how shaken I was when I heard you wanted to leave? You weren't forced to leave. You wanted to leave, and that made me feel like a failure as a mother".

"Kujasuri!" Malaika chirped, skipping over to him. "What are you doing all the way over here?"

Not even noticing the lion behind her, Neobi looked over his sister's shoulders and snarled down at the wimpy lion. "What are you doing here?" He growled, getting ready to attack at any moment. With time, he had grown more muscular and bigger.

"Well what have you seen?" Naki said walking out of sight of Adeola's home, "To take you to a new place is to Know where you have been" Naki said, "And if you would, when we rest tonight, Please would you tell me of your past?" he asked her
