Kovu walked towards the water and drank some more. "I'm coming, I'm coming..." he said trying to catch up with Kiara who was hopping along the path. After a few minutes, they spotted a small group of gazelles. "Let's see you now." he said as he sat down and observed.

Kiara quickly got into position, geting ready to strike, just as she was about to pounce the herd ran, she chased them to no sucsess, she went back to kovu "What was it this time?" she asked

"I don't know, you tell me. Think of everything you did before attacking." he said knowing that Kiara would understand better if she solved this on her own.

"I don't know I was watching where I was putting my feet and I saw the herd, then I unsheathed my claws as they ran" she said confused

"The trick is to attack before they start running, and trying to get as close as you can to your target makes thing alot mroe easier." He told her.
"Let's go and try again." he said trying to taunt her.

"where the herds have moved" Kiara asked

"This one is a goner, forget about it. It takes them hours to calm down. We need to find a new target for you." He said looking aorund. Not seeing anything he walked over to Kiara and waited. "After you."

"Ohh" she said sniffing the air, "This way" she said walking off, dileberately not walking towards a herd, she wanted to talk to kovu.
