@Nakisisa: Adeola let out a cry as she was swept off her feet and fell on the ground. "Oof!" She mumbled and got to her feet, shaking her head to get the pain off her mind.
"Yay, Naki!" Malaika called from the side. Adeola looked over at her sister, and growled. As she looked at Malaika, her sister's head turned and her expression faded to fear. Adeola followed the gaze and saw it was her father and Afolabi looking them over. "Daddy" she was crouching while she walked and went over to him. His face, though, did not change as he looked down at Adeola from the small hill he stood on.
"Step down, male" he commanded. Adeola knew what was coming next for the male if she didn't do something. The gold lioness jumped in front of the male and looked at her father for a longer period of time before he was showing his teeth, "get out of the way, daughter".
"Naki wasn't doing anything. We were practicing fighting" she tried to explain, but she knew he wouldn't understand, nor would he allow her to tell him anything he didn't believe to be true.
"All I saw was him hurting my daughter--"
"I'm not a baby. I can take a few hits" she replied, cutting him off. Though he was only looking out for her and trying to protect her, the line had to be drawn somewhere in his mind. And he drew it when he saw the male 'hurting' his oldest daughter.
"Daddy, don't hurt him" Malaika begged quietly. Adeola narrowed her eyes to her sister, seeing her sister use her 'cute, and innocent' act on their father. She knew what would happen next. She knew that Tendai would listen to Malaika and not her, and then still punish Adeola for doing nothing.
"This is such a waste of time" Adeola grumbled, walking away. She held back the tears coming through her eyes, but when they couldn't be held any longer, she picked up pace and left the land behind with her paw prints. Afolabi sighed out, and looked from the direction his sister ran in to look back at the male.

@VitanisMate: Adeola knew full well that Mzuri, only being a cub and not knowing what it was like to be in a loving place, couldn't even be close to bearing cubs of her own. Malaika, she was still practically a child and didn't know anything beyond the simple horrors of the Pridelands. What these lions and Kujasuri were planning...it even went way beyond the Outlands of low. Her, herself, would never let herself be broken down by these bugs. The oldest lioness kept Mzuri close to her and looked at the males. Disgusting looking animals, she thought. Though her face did not show it, she was terrified and she was pretty sure if they were an inch closer to her, they would hear her heart slamming into her chest.
What was she going to do? Her eyes gazed over to Malaika, as her sister knew plenty well what was happening and she didn't compose herself like her sister did. Mzuri, she had no idea what was going on.
"Adeola" a voice sounded. She looked past the others, seeing Neobi, Afolabi, Tendai and Zuri barge in and push through the lions to their family. Tendai stood over his terrified, shaking youngest daughter while Zuri, Neobi and Afolabi stuck close to their sister and the cub underneath Adeola's body. Neobi conquered in size to the other lions, like usual, and his father was a close second.
And of course, to add to the back up, who showed up behind the other males? King Kovu and queen Kiara, along with their large, royal pride of course. In retro-spect, the lionesses were no longer surrounded; the lions were surrounded instead.
