Mzuri looked at Adeola and said, "I am sorry. I was being stupid okay?" She already lost all the other adults and she did not want to lose her. "Please I dont care if I get punished just do not leave please!" She looked down at Adeola, "Are there any other cubs in this pride."

Kujasuri was getting mad at the twerps laughing at him. Laugh it up for you will get yours suckers I will make sure of that. He laughed again. However once he saw the huge male he shrunk but then tried to size himself up showing confidence. "I am Kujasuri I offer whatever you need. I will give you a strong back and you only need to feed me a small portion of what you eat every day, as small as a cub's." He told the old leaders, "Are there any cubs around to play with?"

while Adeola was watching to somewhere else, Kamy try to stand up knowing that her paw was still hurt, once up, she try to walk, but then she felt from the rock

@VitanisMate: "It's alright, we all have our moment" she replied, walking on but slow enough for the cub to know that she had to keep up. She wasn't angry for the cub asking of her something she wanted to know, but Adeola wasn't going to be fake with this kid. She figured that the fake world wasn't one for her, and she should treat the cub to the real world since she already had a partial dose of it. "You're not getting punished for asking me a question", she turned her head once more to look down at the child, "you are, on the other hand, going to get the punishment of not knowing".

When she was asked if there were any more cubs, her instant response was 'no', but she then started thinking about it. Her youngest sibling, Malaika was approaching adulthood, but she was still a cub technically though she resembled an adult lioness. "Well, Malaika may count..." she mumbled, thinking about it. While she thought, they kept walking to the den of her small family pride.

Zuri smiled up at the male like the polite lioness she was. Her personality was influencial on her oldest daughter, and her adoptive son. Adeola's cold nature...that just came out of no where. Tendai looked down at the male and looked over to his lounging daughter, "Adeola" he called to her. The darker gold lioness poked her head up and jumped down from the den to pad over to her parents. "Do you know of him wanting to be in the pride?"

Adeola looked the male in the eyes, "yes, father". She knew what was about to come. He was about to suggest that this was her mate, or that it was someone who would make a suitable mate for his oldest daughter who had yet to find a male whom she favored or didn't want to eliminate from the lion world.

The gold male looked over Kujasuri once more before he looked down at his daughter once more. "You're next in line for the lead. You decide". Okay, so she wasn't so prepared for that.

"F-father--"

"Come now, Adeola. Surely, as a young leader, you can think about having another male besides your brothers in the pride". He raised his eyebrows to her and then him, making Adeola snarl at the large male that was her father. She then looked back at Kujasuri and she knew her answer right there and then. But just as she opened her mouth, the conscience she tried so badly to cover over spoke to her from her father's words once more: "Judgments placed on those whom we do not know are ones we place on the weak point in our own character".

Adeola sighed out and looked to the side, "you're not in. Yet" she turned her back to Kujasuri and looked over her shoulder, "judgments placed on those whom we do not know are ones we place on the weak point in our own character" she quoted from her father. Her eyes were soft, remembering when he told that to all her siblings and herself when she was a cub with the others, but her eyes hardened when she looked back at the new male, "that being said, don't judge me as someone who will take it easy on you". She sneered before she walked off.

Zuri watched quietly as her daughter walked past and then looked at the new addition to the pride, "she means well, hard as it seems" she smiled.

@SilverSimba01: Before the cub fell, she caught the little one in her mouth and pulled her back up. "Your injury might be better looked after from one of the other females" she stated. With that, she picked the black and white kid up in her mouth being careful of the injury, and jumped down from the rock and took her to come of the other females.

Mzuri looked at the lioness and said, "Oh okay." She then started jumping around and wanting to find a new friend. "I just cannot wait to find a new friend. Any males who would want to play with me? How about that new addition of the pride?"

Kujasuri saw the mom say something and he said, "I hope you are right for she despises me." His hopes of making fools of this pride were going downhill fast. He went up to her and said, "Whatever I need to do to get in tell me now and I will do it now." He gave her the same cold look she gave him. Good we are even now He laughed again very coldly.

while Kamy was carying by Adeola, she was thinking "Where is she taking me?", she was kind of getting scare, she don't know where she was heading to, then Kamy ask her "where are we going?"

@VitanisMate: Adeola sighed out and looked forward. "Are you one of those cubs who develop fast and come to like boys at a really young age?" She joked, looking down at the cub. She knew at her age, she was just that: a young cub already looking for a boy to call her mate. Those days were long gone though, and so were her love interests.

She paused in her tracks and looked down at the cub, "how did you hear about that new lion who was added into the pride?". She thought no one around here knew it besides her and her family.

Zuri smiled softly, and looked back to Tendai who was looking at the young male who just got into the pride. He was not looking at the male like he wanted to kill him for getting too close to his oldest daughter. In fact, he almost looked too thrilled that there was a male trying for Adeola again and she had not ripped him to shreds at this point.

When he spoke to her, she turned her body to face him completely. She then walked into him once more, pushing him up against a rock and looked at him with no fear or anger in her eyes. "You think you are a funny boy then. Then you can take your attitude and get you butt back to where you came from. I was NOT joking when I said smarten up. In case you are forgetting, you asked to be here. We did not ask you". With that, she returned the glare with ice in her pupils this time and walked away.

Up beside Kujasuri, Malaika walked and looked up at him. She was still partially a cub, but she was mistaken for a full adult female many times to people who did not know her age. "Do you like her or something? Because if you did not, I do not think you would be here still".

@SilverSimba01: Through the fur in her mouth, she managed to say "I’m taking you to some of the lionesses that know how to take care of injuries". True to her word, when they arrived to the destination, the cub was taken from Adeola, who was addressed as the cubs mother for a while until she set them straight and put into care.

Adeola, figuring the cub would be getting scared about having all these strangers around her stayed close and made sure to check up on the small child every once in a while while she was being treated.

Mzuri looked at Adeola and said, "Like him? No males have cooties. I was just wondering if he wanted to play. Well word travels fast around here and I heard of his arrival." She looked at Adeola wondering why there was a sudden apprehension about this male.

Kujasuri looked at the younger sibling and laughed, "Like? The only thing I would like to do is point my claw at her...uh nevermind." He went to Adeola again and said, "What do you want me to do?! I wish to help and you refuse it! I have the strongest back out of all of you! I shall prove myself!" Calm yourself Kujasuri no point in getting mad yet. Patience and you will wrap your claws around her throat. He let out another cold laugh.

@VitanisMate: She laughed at her remark. "Yeah, boys have cooties alright".

She thought back to the male, and realized she was actually thinking about him and it wasn't about her wanting to kick him in the butt or shove his tail down his throat. Shaking her head, she looked down with a smile and prepared to answer her question. "I don't think he would want to play with you. You can certainly ask Malaika when you meet her though".

She strode on, and mumbled to herself, "why would you want to play with that good for nothing..." she stopped herself and kept her mouth shut for the rest of the way there.

She looked back at him, getting tired of his refusal to leave her alone. He sure wasn't good at telling when a woman wanted him to leave her be. "In case you were too dense, or too preoccupied with annoying me, we aren't doing anything right now. When we are, I'll be sure to give you a call". She let out a loud yawn, and walked to the tree near the den. With a quick leap, she made it up without much effort and sprawled her limbs out as much as she could without falling out of the branch.

Neobi looked from his sister to Kujasuri and continued to lick his paws. It was fairly obvious that everyone was a little thrown by the new arrival of the male, and they could all easily sense something amiss here with him. Neobi didn't speak out much, so he wouldn't point it out. He wondered though if he was the only one who wanted to ask the male what his reasons for coming to this pride were when there were dozens of prides even begging for males.

Mzuri was confused by Adeola's remark. "Well what if I go ask the lion? Can I do that? I mean you do not have to follow me around right?" She smiled hoping Adeola would say yes. She also said, "Well if he does not want to then I will play with her!" and giggled loudly.

Kujasuri was frozen for a second by her calling him those names. For that my "princess" I will make sure you suffer the slowest of all of them. He thought about a new plan. Hmm...maybe he had to show them he could be trusted. Maybe knocking one of them out while not looking and then saving them could trust him. He needed a cub. He laughed his cold laugh again.

@VitanisMate: Adeola smiled down at her enthusiasm. "Go for it" she replied. "But don't get your hopes up". When she was finished saying what she wanted to say, she looked forward seeing her pride all around the den. Neobi, Afolabi, Malaika, Tendai, Zuri, and...oh yeah, him...Kujasuri...

They walked into the den site, and instantly Malaika perked her head up and walked over to the cub and her older sister. "Who is the kid?" Adeola looked from the matching hazels of her sister to the cub and smiled.

"Mzuri. She's going to be in the pride from now on". She found it amusing how her mother and the cub almost shared the same name if it were not for the 'M' in front of Mzuri's name.

Neobi walked over to the tree and looked up, "sis?"

Adeola looked down and over to see her large brother for once looking up at her while she had the aid of the tree for extra height. "Yeah?"

"I'm getting hungry". That's right. They hadn't had their breakfast yet. What kind of a leader was she going to be if she couldn't even remember when the feeding times were for her future pride? "Can we go for the pride hunt?"

"Of course, Neobi" she said, climbing down and looking up at him. She let out a roar across the pride to let them know they were going to move out and on to find some food. Malaika, Afolabi, Zuri and Tendai, as well as Neobi walked forwards, letting Adeola lead them. She expected the new male to follow without being told. "Come along, Mzuri" she called to the cub for her to come to her side.
