"You did all this just to tell me to go headbut a tree? That's genius!"
After looking at the tree he turned back. "I don't want to headbut a tree, it looks painful" As if he was a cus in his first time playing on his own.

"well if you don't want to headbut that tree, I can think of something alot more Intresting" she said with an evil hint to her voice.

Kovu didn't like the sound of that.
"Fine, fine! Just know that I won't do this again. Ever again."
He faced the tree, then he looked back at Jata who was waiting with a bored yet eager expression.
This is worth it. He kept telling himself.
Then he ran directly at the tree, but before he hit it he stopped.
"Name that thing you were thinking about."

"Ohh so close, but that chance has passed now" she said laughing softly "now see that big thorn patch over there" she said pointing to a larger 100 x 100 meter thorn patch, "I want you to crawl through it like a cub while calling out my name" she said, knowing kovu now couldent refuse

Kovu gulped as he came closer to the thorns. Knowing he could barely crawl in there without getting stuck and hit by thorns. Looking for the most empty part of the patch. Then he noticed a small clearing, a small pathway were there were no thorns at all. Since Jata was far away he knew he'd have to make it seem as if he can barely move in there.
"Here goes!" He shouted at Jata. Then he began crawling and shouting Jata's name over and over again. Every few moment he shouted to ensure she doesn't suspect anything.
"Owww, my nose!"
After reaching the middle he decided to go back. I have no bruises, she'll notice for sure. Wow I'm an idiot. He knew he had to get injured.
After a few moments of real pain he came back outside.
"Faking thorns injuries can't be done without getting hit by thorns." He said miserably. "Can you give me a hand with those?"

Jata's mood imeadiately lightened, making her happy again, enough so to make her laugh uncontrolably until she heard kovu say something Can you give me a hand with those? she laughed as she walked over.
When she arrived she said "Of course sweetie" as she started to pick thorns out of kovu, on one of them she took a long thorn out, and stuck it in his tale, "And that's for not going the whole way through" she said laughing some more and licking kovu's wounds, after a few miniutes she calmed down and spoke again
"You didn't have to do that you know, the expression on your face was funny enough alreay" she said letting out a chuckle

"You didn't have to trust me this morning, you couldn't know who was in that cave, but you did it anyways. I'm still thankful for what you did." he said licking her back. "As for that place, we're almost there."

((Night. we don't have school tomorrow its a holiday so no school. in which time are you leaving for school and when are you coming back?))

"You see that big hill up ahead, that's right after it." He said while picking out the large thorn Jata had stuck in his tail. After then he kept walkingm waiting for Jata to bring up something to talk about.

Kovu and Jata walked together in a blissful silence, however she did keep looking at him fondly, after a while she spoke
"Kovu, who were your parents?" she asked
