"I think.." Kiana replied. She looked around and didn't have a clue where she was. Since the sky was clear and there was no more fog, she decided she didn't have to tell Hokori that she was lost. She could find out where it was by standing up and taking a look around, unless they had completely left the outlands all together.
Kiana looked at Hokori's face. He looked like he was in pain and fatigue looked like it would be an issue. She decided to comment about it, and said, "Do you want to get up right now or wait for a little bit? You don't look well at all."
