(Private) NM and Zeke's RP!

Kiana made her observations by the sun's position in the sky. The sun was way too low to make it back to the main den in time. "Hokori, we're not going to make it. We just need to walk fast until we can see the main den off into the distance and then just follow that direction. I can't run so I will try to walk as fast as I can..." Kiana said.

[Zeke]

Hokori had already picked up his pace, he didn't want to have any more bad encounters of the wrong kind. "Kiana, which direction is the main d-" Hokori tripped on an large rock and fell on his side. "Ow," He mumbled as he staggered back onto his paws. "Kiana, where are you?"

Kiana heard a thud behind her and turned around. Hokori was laying on the floor and asked where she was, so she answered immediately. "I'm right here Hokori." She said. "Did you hurt yourself?" She asked, caring for the lions well-being

[Zeke]

Hokori slowly made his way towards Kiana's voice. "I'm ok, lets keep moving." Hokori waited for Kiana to move again and follwed the sound of her paws. A stinging pain lingered in his paw for it was bleeding, but he couldn't tell. He felt it begin to get deaftly cold and he began to pick up his pace again, still following Kiana.

Kiana looked the lion over, making sure he wasn't lying. She didn't spot anything out of the ordinary, so she walked as fast as she could towards where they had come from earlier.

After a few minutes of walking, Kiana felt the wind pick up. It was extremely cold and the sun was about to disappear. Kiana began to shiver while walking, and the wind picked up even more. "It's really.... cold" Kiana muttered. She wondered if she would make it back or if Hokori and her would have to find somewhere else to sleep.

[Zeke]

"Just keep moving Kiana, can you still see it?" The wind was really picking up. Hokori tired his hardest to stay on course, but the different smells and sounds that the wind carried was messing with his senses. He could feel himself slowly drifting off course and he felt that there was no hope of getting back that night.

Kiana squinted ahead of her. With the wind, came very heavy fog, making it harder to see things away in the distance. There were clouds above, and to Kiana it seemed as though a storm was about to start. "No... I can't see anything! There's fog!" She yelled, as the wind drowned out a bit of her voice.

[Zeke]

Hokori attemped to yell over the wind. "Kiana! We're not going to make it tonight! You have to find somewhere safe to stay!" Dust was filling Hokori's lungs, causing him to cough. "Kiana, can you see anywhere to stay?"

Kiana scouted around, but the fog was so heavy that she really couldn't see anything but flat land. "I can't see anything!" she screamed. "We have to keep moving!"

[Zeke]

Hokori felt rocks beginning to pelt his side and he ran up and found Kiana and pulled her to the ground. He stayed on her left, shielding her from the rocks. "Kiana! We can't go any futher! We'll just get more lost!" He yelled into her ear. "Our only option is to stay put"
