As others have said, a thrilling chapter, Azdgari. Things are not only heating up into a rolling broil, but you're also succeeding quite well in the suspense factors. Hopefully Nala will survive, though. I shall be waiting with bated breath for your next chapter, I assure you.

Another fantastic chapter, full of some pretty heavy drama. At least Nala's still alive for the moment... hope she'll survive, though I might just be working myself up with some false hope at this point. Everything's looking good, though. You're doing a great job with giving all sides of the story something to do, and a ton of characters are getting some dialogue and aren't just being thrown off to the side. Good job with writing Rafiki as well; I know he can be a hard character to write for some.

I'm pleased to see that Nala survived, Azdgari. But, for every good thing there are two ill in this tale. Something that certainly keeps one's interest, though. It is unfortunate that your OC was almost exiled ... Hopefully he'll come back in the next few chapters. The updates on the Forest Pride are certainly getting even more interesting, as well. It is a little surprising how farfetched Zira will go, and how low she will stoop to harness vengeance. That Simba would go for the same is certainly a startling twist, though with Nala injured so gravely, it is understandable.

Hopefully things will begin to work out some. (And I look forward to seeing Kivu again. ^_^)

Total bastardization of Simba there, but he's also got a lot on his mind, so I think it's somewhat understandable. Plot's really thickening here, though, what with Az leaving, Kovu standing up for him, et cetera. And it's good to see that Nala survived, though her death would have certainly made things a bit more heavy in the drama department. I guess the pride needed some way to know what they were up against!

So yeah, looking forward to the next chapter, as always. And looks like you'll be up for Best Writer 'round these parts as well, if I'm doing my math right. Good luck! :3

I'm aware of how Simba's coming off right now, but let's be frank, Nala was just almost killed. He's not thinking terribly clearly. Thanks for the reviews, guys. I've been incredibly busy--3 shows in 3 days, but I'm workin' nights to get this chapter done, so keep an eye out! =D
