Zill walked over to Max and put a comforting paw onto hers. "I'm sure he's okay, like I said he must not know where exactly we are." He layed down and looked at Max, trying his best to cheer her up. Then he had an idea, Zill quickly turned to the small bird, "Hey what's your name?"

"M-m-m-my name Petrie,"

"Petrie, do you know when the two-leggers come back to get us?" Zill asked.

Looking at the skyline Petrie turned to Zill and said,"In an hour, why?"

Zill turned to Max,"I'm going to go look for him."

[Fang]

Max laughed "Yeah, then you will get lost." She said "I'm sure he will make it anyways."

[Tanabi]

"Okay, but if you change your mind let me know." he replied while he sat down.

[Fang]

Max yawned and looked around, the sun started to slowly rise and a few whispears of the wind told her dawn was approching. "We better get some rest." Max said

[Tanabi]

Zill nodded and once again layed down. "Night."

Petrie hopped over to the back of his cage and sat,"Goodnight fluffy head, goodnight...um..What's your name?" he asked as he turned to Max.

[Fang]

"Max" she said through a yawn, she padded over to Zill and layed next to him. "Night" she said.

The next couple of hours went by in a flash, a blur of images passed through Zills mind as he slept soundly. Suddenly he woke up when a loud array of noises filled his ears, he quickly covered them, but to no sucsess. "What the hell?!" he grumbled as he looked around and outside the cage.

"Morning fluffy head!" Petrie happily said.

"My name's not fluffy head, it's Zill."

"I like fluffy head alot more, fluffy head."

[Fang]

Max laughed "What about senor fluffy head?" she teased and chuckled. But her smile quickly vanished
"Nuka never came back..." she muttered.

[Tanabi]

Petrie hopped over to the edge of the cage and replied,"oooh what about poofy head?"

Ignoring Petrie, Zill walked over to Max "Maybe he couldn't get close to here cause of the two-leggers." Zill said to Max, trying to say something to lift her spirits.

[Fang]

She pricked her ears and took in the scents around her but couldnt smell her old friend. She sighed
"I hope he is alright...but we have to keep going." She said, but she could hide the slight hurt in her voice.
Then the cage jolted forward and started to move. Max looked hopelessly back and layed down with her head on her paws.
