What would TLK be like if Mufassa never died?

in ANY good movie out then the master has to die and hand down the.... well lets just say "job"... to the apprentice, in this case Mufassa hands down the throne to Simba. any great movie in movie history has something like this, ex. it happens in Star Wars TONS of times throughout the whole Star Wars Universe, it kinda happened in Lord of the Rings, but Gandalf came back, and it also does in Harry Potter. The Movies whould be alot different if that Mufassa didnt die, in fact i dought that the 2nd Lion King whould hardly have any kind of main plotline that it has now.

If Mufasa had never died, Scar would have either found some other way to try and get rid of him, or he would have done Simba in... but killing off the cub so that he can't grow up and fulfill his destiny is kinda mean

simba would probaly of become a wiser and better king but as far as being less protective of kiara. if any of you read the book youll know simba had a son called Kopa who died as a cub so Simba protective nature could be caused by that. Scar would probaly have been exiled but those lionesses still loya to Scar would probaly have gone with him so Kiara would probaly have still met Kovu but if Muffassa still hadent died then maybe Kopa would have lived and became king rather than Kiara becoming queen

I think it would have been better for Simba if his father was still alive. His development would be better, since he wouldn't be "raised" by two careless dropouts that tell him to don't give a BEEP about the past nor the future.
Mufasa was a wise father and protector, who made Simba think about his deeds and learned him what's the best way to get a good king and a happy individual. I think Simba would have been mentally stronger and not such a control-freak dad as in SP (If I was Kiara, I'd loose it with a father like that, lol)

And well, losing a loved one is NEVER good for anybody. If people say it makes you stronger, that's a lie. And I know it. It makes you just like it made Simba. It makes you run away, it makes you confused, afraid and over-protective to the ones you love.

Tthere's no such book that says Kopa died. Kopa never existed anyway.

Well- this is a good point.
I am going to try to add to the Lion King.
I'm gonna write more- kinda like a sequel. I'll let everyone know when I'm done with what I might create. It's just, I'm heartbroken by his death, and I couldn't help but yell at Simba to run before the herd started coming down and for Zazu to go back for help. (Man, I was frustrated with that bird).

Oh yeah, btw. I had a question about Zazu- was he in that cage with Scar and singing about what he lived through because he actually remembered not helping out Mufasa?

In my story I will have either one or the other of the following:

ONE:
Mufasa didn't die, but he went into a coma! Rafiki, being a shaman and understanding herbs, realized Mufasa was alive, and took care of Mufasa- as in feeding him and providing him with the resources he needs. He doesn't tell Simba about him because of the fact that
1. Mufasa might not make it- and he wouldn't want to disappoint Simba- he would break all over again.
2. Mufasa's apparation made him aware that he wanted to see how Simba would work without him.

TWO: Mufasa didn't die, but blacked out.
After Simba ran away and Scar walked away, I would make Mufasa wake up, but with AMNESIA!
So he would go the opposite way of pride rock, and find another pal, just like timon and pumba for Simba,
and one day he gets his memory back, despite his old age. Then, he returns back home, and found Simba, telling him of his journeys and living the rest of his life.
