Kiara has a female friend as a cubbie?!

Who is this dark furred female Kiara is having fun with? I didn't see her in any movie or book about Kiara's childhood?


It cannot be a colouring error, since both cubbies are female!

I think whoever was putting the image for that napkin together used two pieces of Kiara clipart instead of one of Kiara and one of Kovu and the person who colored the picture gave one of the cubs Kovu's colors in an attempt to cover up the mistake. Here's the correctly colored picture of Kiara's "friend", plus the bird from the picture.

There's another napkin where Kovu and Kiara are featured, but the colorist accidentally colored part of Kovu's fur the same color as Kiara.

agreed with Akril, the top one is just another piece of Kiara clipart that has been miscolored. and the bottom one is just a coloring error, which isn't uncommon. I personally have a TLK wall border where the colors aren't quite right with Kovu and Kiara because it appears they only wanted to use a handful of colors instead of going for each character's specific look.

Perhaps it is a female version of Kovu. XD I doubt it's Timira since she never made it into the movie. Maybe it was just a random cub from Simba's pride.

It may be a clipart recolored but it's NOT kiara. So it is safe to say that cub was one of Kiara's friends
