Pronunciation: "Crah-iss"

Kris is a very shy liger cub with brilliant orange stripes and bright yellow fur. He has a fear of trusting others, due to an accident he had when he was younger, and will never completely rely on someone else for his safety.

When Kris was young, his pride was raided by hyenas. During the chaos, Kris was somehow separated from his parents. Scared and alone, Kris ran for the only cover he knew, an old abandoned den near the east end of his pride's territory. Unfortunately, the hyenas followed his scent trail and found the hiding liger cub. They attacked him with the intent to kill. But Kris' mother had also followed her son's scent trail and fended off the hyenas to save her cub.

Kris did receive several scars due to this attack. He has two across his nose and one through his left eye.
