Is Nala Vitani's real mother?

Most TLK fans believe Vitani was the result of Scar and Zira. I believe this but when I become more open to suggestions I came up with this.

Could Nala be Vitani's real mother?

As we know lionesses become sexually active at age 3. Perhaps Scar had at Nala before, Vitani being the result, but after finding out Zira's son Kovu wasn't his own he tried to seduce Nala and, since he had already had a cub from her, though it would be reasonable to make her his queen. Nala however refused and ran away. Since Vitani was of Scar's blood Zira accepted her without question.

Lionesses become receptive when current cubs die, grow up and leave, or when they are seperated. She would've been in heat again by the time she met Simba which is why while Simba was trying to be friendly Nala was acting rather flurtatious. It also explains that look (and lick) she gave him during CYFTLT. Simba and Nala mated in the forest and Nala was probably planning to stay there (which is why she was asking Timon and Pumbaa about his whereabouts. Also in a deleted scene Nala was going to stay with him.) there him until Rafiki informed her he went back and of course she goes as well.

During the hyena/lioness fight Zira couldn't risk her cubs getting injured/killed, if Scar should win the fight against Simba so she and Nuka took Vitani and Kovu away from the fire and the battle. Word got out Simba had won and Zira as well as the other outlanders had nothing else to believe except Simba had killed Scar. As for Nala, by the time the war was over her daughter was already gone, which explains her bitterness towards Zira when the first meet in SP.

It's actually not an outrageous idea.

Nala could give Vitani her pink nose, light coloration, eye color, eye shape, rounded cheeks.
Scar could give Vitani her nose shape, dark eyeshades, earstripes, smile, sharp teeth, long maw, anatomy, extended claws, paw color, and freckles.

Of course there are other possibilities.

I don't think Scar did Nala. I think Zira is Vitani's mother.

Anyway this is just a theory.

I don't believe this to be true, seeing as I doubt Nala would have the heart to fight her own daughter in TLK2SP if your theory was true. If you're going to use logical lion behavior in the theory as well, it would be highly unlikely that a lioness would abandon their cub for such reasons as that. The only way a lioness would ever leave her cub, if she was inexperienced to begin with, which Nala never seems to be in any sense of the word, or if another male killed her or the cub, so I find it highly unlikely that this was the case. I do believe that Scar and Nala mated at some point, but I don't think she got pregnant from it. Again, liones have a very high copulation rate because of the fact that it takes so many mating ssessions just to ensure a successful pregnancy and not even then, is it for certain that a lioness will even get pregnant, so the likelyhood that Nala got pregnant from just one chance encounter from Scar is slim to none in my eyes.

Also, Scar doesn't seem to have Vitrani's freckles, so Im not sure how Vitani could possibly have "inherited" them from Scar lol. Basically I agree with KM, especially with the fact that Nala wouldn't fight her own daughter. At least, not without that plot being significantly more developed than was the case in the movies.

Well i look at Vitani somehow. She had scars face? O.O Anyways i don't think Nala really is Vitani's mother. If she is Vitani well be Kiaras sister and that well be wow. But yea i always thought scar was her father because they look alike except Vitani has freckles and scar doesn't. Weird. XD

Personally, I don’t believe that Nala is Vitani’s mother. If she was, why would she allow Zira to take her away and raise her? Also, Nala fought Vitani at the end of SP.. If Nala was Vitani’s mother, why would they fight eachother? Of course, one possibility is that Vitani never knew who her real mother was, and therefore had no reason to NOT attack Nala.. but like I said before, if Nala was Vitanis real mother, why would she give her up?
And why did’nt Nala ever tell Vitani she was her mother?

Anyway, I personally believe that Scar is Nalas father, and therefore never would have mated with her.
I think Vitani and Kovu have different fathers, which would explain their huge difference in appearance.

But when it comes to Vitanis mother, I think it’s Zira. It’s clearly stated in the movie.

lol, Off-Topic but I just thought of this: If Nala is Scar's father, why didn't Simba exile her too?

Anyway, KM and PK said it all. I've thought about that before, but it seems unlikely because I don't think Nala would have the heart to exile her own daughter, Scar's offspring or not.

I believe Scar had them as a cub but like his earstripes they dissapeared when he became an adult. But what about Vitani? Vitani was the first to attack Nala in the first place. Plus she was raised in the outlands were hurting a family member didn't mean very much. If Vitani was fighting to kill Nala, Nala would have no choice but to fight back.
