"Kayla...." Conal paused. "I need to talk with you about something."

[Stormy]

“Hm?” Kayla says now fully turning her attention to Conal.

[TheLastLion]

"There's something I need to tell you.... but I'm afraid of what it could mean if I say it." Conal said sheepishly.

[Stormy]

“What is it?” Kayla asks. “You can tell me. Doesn’t matter what it is.” She assured him.

[TheLastLion]

"If I told you that there's a chance this might be the last time we see each other, what would you say?" He said meanderingly.

[Stormy]

“...What? What are you talking about Conal. Don’t be ridiculous. Why would that be the case?”

[TheLastLion]

"Because I'm going with Flash on one last hunt and.... honestly I'm not sure I'll be coming back."

[Stormy]

“You should be coming back from a hunt. Why would it be a ‘one last hunt’? Is there something you’re not telling me?”
