[Stormy]

They both nodded and began heading their separate ways. Nicki looked back at Snow with a slight smile as he walked away in the other direction, before she herself continued forward with Kaylee.

[TheLastLion]

"Say, how did you and Snowfall meet?" Kaylee asked Nicki.

[Stormy]

The question caused Nicki to jump as she was sort of out of it, and wasn’t expecting a question like that. “Oh, just.. casually roaming..” She lied.

[TheLastLion]

"Just casually roaming through a blizzard?" She asked sarcastically.

[Stormy]

Nicki sighed. “I snuck out a few nights ago and found him. I had saw him during the day but couldn’t stop because Kayla was with me. So, I went myself at night. Don’t tell mom and dad that, they’ll freak.”

[TheLastLion]

Kaylee was somewhat conflicted about hearing this. Part of her was telling her to scold Nicki for being so reckless and irresponsible like any responsible older sister should. And yet, there was another part of Kaylee that was impressed that her younger sister had gotten away with the stunt and even made a friend. In the end, she decided to chuckle and assured Nicki by saying "I won't tell a soul... one condition."

[Stormy]

Nicki sighs again. “And what’s that?”

[TheLastLion]

"Tell me more about how you two met, I'm really curious." She requested.

[Stormy]

“Seriously, Kaylee?” She complained. “There isn’t much to say. He kept coming around in our territory, so I went to see what was up. That’s it.” She says, intentionally leaving the part where she almost got herself killed.

"How were you planning on catching him?"
