Growing Up [Private: TheLastLion & Stormy]

[Stormy]

"Night." Flash replied. It took a while before Flash was able to drift off to sleep himself, but he eventually did.

~~ Next morning ~~

Sadie wakes up about 2 hours after Flash did. She was probably one of the last to wake up in the cave, due to how emotionally and physically tired she was. Sadie very tiredly looks over to where Flash and Kayla were located.

[TheLastLion]

"Morning." Sadie yawned as she slowly awakened.

[Stormy]

"Oh, you're finally awake." Flash says turning his head to Sadie. "You were out. Really out."

[TheLastLion]

"H-How long was I out, exactly?" She asked.

[Stormy]

"Well for one... you're the last one awake in the pride." Flash says. "Most of us woke up hours ago."

[TheLastLion]

Sadie was shocked by this reveal. "I... I was? Well, damn," She said. "I guess I was more drained that I thought."

[Stormy]

"I guess so." Flash replied.

(Gonna change direction real quick for a fun thing.)

"Well, I'll be right back. I'm going to go to the waterhole." Sadie says.

Sadie slowly and tiredly heads to the waterhole. She still had a thousand thoughts running through her head from the day before. She still felt emotionally drained.

There's another lioness at the waterhole. The lioness quickly runs into a bush when she sees Sadie.
“Back off, Pridelander!” The lioness growled from the bush.

[TheLastLion]

(Okay.)

"Who said that?" Sadie fired back. "Show yourself!"

[Stormy]

“Back off!” The lioness warned again, preparing to jump out at Sadie. “You Pridelanders never learn, do you?” She says, but there was audible shaking her in voice.

[TheLastLion]

"Back off, you say?" Sadie replied. "You don't even have the stones to show your face when talking to me and you want me to back off?"
