Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

Sadie groaned slighty as she was abruptly awoken and still reeling from the soreness.

[Stormy]

“Shh!” Flash gently places his paw over Sadie’s mouth to keep her quiet so she wouldn’t wake anyone else. He signals Sadie to follow him outside the cave, as staying in the cave would risk others to wake up.

[TheLastLion]

Sadie gasped and her eyes widened. "Flash!" She wanted to shout before reverting to an enthusiastic whisper. "Flash! You're back!"

[Stormy]

Flash quickly covers her mouth again as he saw her expression change until they eventually got out of the cave. Once they got out, Flash quickly turns around and hugs Sadie tightly as well as delivering a light lick to her cheek.

[TheLastLion]

"I've missed you terribly." Sadie confessed tearfully.

[Stormy]

“The tears already?” Flash says letting go of Sadie and looking at her with a smile. He used his paw to wipe any tears on Sadie’s face.

[TheLastLion]

"To be fair, I've had a long week. Between the heartache and the attempted assassination, and lying in bed all day, it takes a toll on a girl." Sadie explained with a self deprecating smile.

[Stormy]

“Attempted assassination?” Flash’s ears poke up. “Someone tried to kill you? Who?” He growls as he began to search Sadie’s body for any injury lifting her paws up and turning her head as he scanned.

[TheLastLion]

"Yeah. Someone tried to poison me." Sadie answered.

[Stormy]

Flash stop scanning as he realized she wouldn’t show any injury from just poisoning. “Ugh- I.. I’m sorry I wasn’t there. I swear I would’ve done something.” .. “But I’m glad you’re okay.” He says right before nuzzling Sadie.
