Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

Jay stood back in uncertainty. Conal's hind legs scrabbled against the cliff wall, but he was unable to pull himself up.

(I'd like for this to be Conal's big epiphany moment.)

[Stormy]

Conal only looked up at Jay at first as he struggled to hold onto the wall. It put a serious strain on his claws and was beginning to hurt him.

[TheLastLion]

"Were you really going to hurt or kill my children?" Jay asked.

[Stormy]

“What? No!” Conal replies. His voice didn’t seem angry anymore. It seemed a lot more light at this point.

[TheLastLion]

"Do you still believe that what you did with Flash was the best thing for Sadie?"

[Stormy]

The rocks began to give way even more as time went on. “I...” “I don’t know about Sadie, but Flash! Flash wanted to be with his mother! He said so!”

[TheLastLion]

"So you made him leave without Sadie's input, knowing full well how much Flash meant to her?" Jay continued.

[Stormy]

Conal’s claws began to start scraping against the wall as he slid. “He willingly went! Yes Sadie was sad but she still let him and Flash went on his own!” Conal’s voice began to break. “C..come on Jay.” Conal pleads as he attempts to lift his paw up. He felt his heart pounding out of his chest.

[TheLastLion]

Jay watched as Conal struggled to hold on. His hind legs scrabbled curiously against the cliff face, but he was unable to find a foothold. He held out his paw to Jay, but quickly used said paw to grab the cliff before he slid off.

[Stormy]

The look on Conal’s face was extremely desperate, you wouldn’t be able to tell he was angry time before.
