Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

[Stormy]

Jay smiles. “Actually, we were hoping you’d take the honor of names.” He says. “They’re so recent we haven’t even done it yet. They’re both girls.”

[TheLastLion]

"Wow, uhhh.." Sadie drew a blank. "I have to think on that one a bit."

[Stormy]

“No problem. Maybe when you know them better. They can’t talk yet obviously but you know what I mean.”

[TheLastLion]

"How old are they?'

[Stormy]

“They’re about a week old.” Saige responded. One of them began to slowly open their eyes and gave a very light yawn as she remained on the ground. The cub's eyes went towards Sadie nearly immediately, as Sadie was the first lion that the cub had ever seen besides her parents. The cub cautiously and slowly softly placed her tiny paw onto Sadie's snout, and then began to start giggling.

"I think it's safe to say she likes you so far." Jay says with a smile.

Sadie flashed a wide grin as the cub nuzzled her paw. The warmth she felt from this then gave her an idea. "I think I have a suggestion for what this one should be named." She said after a long pause. "N'Kalla."

[Stormy]

“That’s definitely a unique name.” Saige says. “What made you think of that specifically?”

[TheLastLion]

"I don't know, it just sort of came naturally."

[Stormy]

“I see. I like it.” Saige responded. N’kalla stood up and stumbled her way and tried to climb on top of Sadie, though unsuccessfully. The cub whimpered as she continually tried to boost herself onto Sadie. As N’kalla did this, the other cub began to open her eyes as a result of hearing her sister. This one had lighter fur.
