Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

[Stormy]

“Hi Destiny!” Jade says excitedly as she sticks out her paw towards Destiny. Destiny hesitates before slowly putting out her paw.

[TheLastLion]

"She's a bit shy." Sadie explains.

[Stormy]

“No problem.” Jade replies. “So... anything new?” She asks.

[TheLastLion]

"Not much... outside of an ambush that we barely escaped."

[Stormy]

“An ambush?” Jade questions. “We haven’t had one in a while. Must’ve been personal for them to only go for one. But that’s about it? I’ve been pretty bored myself over here. Not much going on. Besides my siblings being annoying at times.”

(May I recommend that we use just a tad bit longer messages for the RP? I’m not talking like entire paragraphs, but longer than a sentence majority of the time? I only ask this because I know sometimes we’re both busy and we can’t always respond at times, I’d much rather prefer quality over quantity. Sometimes it just feels odd leaving each other with just a few words and then not being able to get back for a while - I think you know what I mean. It’s okay if you don’t want to, but it’s just a suggestion for both of us.)

"Yep, a rival gang of outsiders ambushed my mother, the queen on her way back from a diplomatic meeting. Fortunately, no one died, but my mother was pretty roughed up. Even now, we're still in the process of recovering from it."

[Stormy]

“Wow.. I.. I’m so sorry that happened.” Jade replied. “You sure got lucky, though. That could’ve turned out a worse than it did.”
Destiny seemed to just stare as the both of them talked. She quietly just moved her paw along the grass as she waited.

Sadie saw Destiny in the background and saw it best to change the subject of the conversation, lest she bring up the painful memories from the ambush. "So uh... this is Destiny." She says abruptly.

[Stormy]

“Well, I know that. You already introduced her to me.” Jade says with a chuckle. Jade noticed some sort of scar on Destiny’s side, not knowing it was from the ambush itself, she asks about it. “Where’d you get this from?” She asks Destiny, pointing at the area of her body.
Destiny just looks at her. “That’s none of your business.” She replied in an almost stern way. Jade had seemed slightly taken aback by her response, and returns to look at Sadie.

"We got it while roughhousing with each other." Sadie quickly replies.
