Reunion [PRIVATE: TheLastLion and Abyssal_S]

[Stormy]

"Oh, that's easy." Flash replied landing on the ground after coming down the tree. "Besides, that's not something I'd want someone like Conal or... your mom to know." Flash says as he starts mimicking random quotes from the Queen jokingly.

[TheLastLion]

"They'll know eventually, we just have to make sure it happens on our terms."

[Stormy]

“I guess.” Flash replies. They begin to make their way back. Eventually, they reach the pride area. And there right at the entrance of the cave was the Queen, waiting for Sadie. Flash turns his head to Sadie as they approach. "Good luck." He says, noticing the Queen's expression. While it didn't look furious, it definitely wasn't happy either.

[TheLastLion]

"Thanks, I think I'm going to need it." Sadie says in a somewhat somber manner. She looks back to her mother up ahead and dreads the conversation that awaits her.

[Stormy]

The Queen waits for Sadie to enter to cave. Flash smiles at Sadie as a good night, before his head turns to the Queen and sees she won’t even crack a smile, Flash’s smile fades before he leaves for the night.

Sadie makes her way into the cave to greet her mother. Sadie is unable to decipher whether the look on her mother's face is concern or anger.

[Stormy]

As soon as Sadie enters, the Queen turns to her. “Do you have any idea what time it is young lioness?! Where and what were you doing at this hour?! I had to send out multiple lions to go search for you!”

[TheLastLion]

Sadie struggles to look her mother directly. "I'm sorry, I... I lost track of time. But..." She sighs. "I know that's not a good excuse."

[Stormy]

“Sadie. Look at me.” The Queen demands. “Where were you, and what were you doing that caused you to stay out so late?”

[TheLastLion]

"I was hanging out with Flash in the meadow." She says.
