[Stormy]

Destiny frowns. "Atleast you've got the chance to."

[TheLastLion]

"Don't sell yourself short. You have just as much of a chance to make something of yourself."

[Stormy]

A small eye roll could be visible. Another small silence follows as Destiny thinks back to the dream she had.

[TheLastLion]

"I'm serious. You don't have to live in fear of Parker or any of the other Outlanders anymore."

[Stormy]

"Question." Destiny abruptly blurts out. "That day I tried to kill you, why did you even help me back up? You had a chance to let an enemy get killed."

[TheLastLion]

Sadie, taken aback by Destiny blurting out a question, takes a minute to respond. "It's a bit complicated."

[Stormy]

"It can't be that complicated."

[TheLastLion]

"You'd be surprised. I thought about whether or not it would be smart move to save someone who tried to kill me, but I couldn't just let you die."

[Stormy]

“Why not? One day that’ll backfire on you. You’ll help someone up and they’ll get you back anyways. You’re just lucky that wasn’t me.”

[TheLastLion]
