Meanwhile Sadie had gotten to the area Flash was. It was a cave-like area, Sadie had to squeeze in between some boulder like rocks to get inside. No normal sized lion would be able to fit in. "Oh hey Sades." Flash greets Sadie as she gets in. She doesn't answer right away. "You okay?" He asks after he receives no response.

Kayla sees her reflection in a nearby pond. To say that she's seen better days would be an understatement. She has large bags under her eyes, her fur is in disarray, and her eyes are slightly puffy and red.

[Stormy]

“No.” She replies. “Everyone has been getting on my nerves. My mom, Kayla...” she pauses. “Well, I guess those are the only others I’m around.”
“I see.” Flash replies.

“Kayla.. is there anything else you need besides that off day? Because if there’s anything else I can help.” Conal offers looking at Kayla.

"I don't suppose I could extend that break to two days, could I?"

[Stormy]

"Of course you can. However long you need."

"Please look after them, they're good kids."

[Stormy]

“Whaaat? You mean I actually have to care for them and I can’t feed them to hyenas if they act up? Bummer.” Conal jokes. Conal knew the cubs were likely going to give him a hard time, or atleast try to.

Back where Flash and Sadie were. Flash had been trying to cheer Sadie up. “Hey look,” Flash uses his claw to draw a poor recreation of Sadie on the dirt. “It’s you!” It wasn’t helping. There was a lot that Sadie didn’t understand, and it made her feel depressed. Sadie gives off a fake smile before her eyes begin to flood with tears.

“Hey, hey.” Flash says instantly going up to her to hug her and comfort her, not exactly sure what she was upset about. But he assumed it had something to do with the pride. “It’s okay.. hey...” he continues. “I was planning on staying here for tonight. Why don’t you stay with me?” He asks. “We can have our first sleepover here! Whaddaya say?!” Flash asks in a cheerful tone, hoping he’d get Sadie to perk up.
