Conal watches in confusion. “She fell down a hill?”

"She was bored, so she and Flash rolled down it for fun."

"Just be careful now, okay?" Kayla says.

Sadie nods and leaves. Leaving Conal, Kayla, and Flash. “I’m not an idiot.” Conal growls. “Everyone heard they went missing for a while. What really happened?”
