"Please don't antagonize him, he's had a rough past couple of days. Well, we all have, but you know he doesn't handle negative emotions as well as you." Kayla whispers. "Just... be patient with him and let him get it out of his system."

[Stormy]

“Are you saying just because he’s had a rough couple of days what he said was justified??” Jay replies back still angered. “I don’t care how many days you get, I would never even consider saying that to someone!”

[TheLastLion]

Kayla and Jay walk somewhere where they aren't within earshot of Conal. "No, I'm not saying that what he did was right or justifiable." Kayla sighs in concession. "But two wrongs don't make a right." She continues.

"Yes, this is stubborn, even for him. But please, you have to be patient with each other. You need to have each other's back and be a mutual support system."

[Stormy]

“Fine. But there’s only so many lines he’ll be able to cross before I completely lose it.” Jay looks away.

"Think of all of the times he's been there for you. He's not perfect, none of us are, but at the end of the day, we're all that we've got."

[Stormy]

Jay just sighs and sits. Conal comes back to where he was previously laying and lays back down quietly.

Kayla smiles at the sight of Conal resting.

After watching Conal for a minute Jay decided to go out of the area. “I’m gonna go. Maybe to visit Sadie or something.”

"She's just about to wake up from her nap."

Jay walks out to go find Sadie and her parents.
