Jay looks at Kayla for a moment without saying anything.

"He told you he was exiled. He was not exiled. He ran away on his own. The part about the lion trying to overthrow the king was correct, but he did NOT frame him. Why do you think he was so hesitant to go to the lion? He knew he had no reason to do it, he feared him because of this, not because he got framed. He tried to stop the lion but got knocked out in the process which gave him a temporary memory loss. He hurt a few in the pride, but not intentionally, it was only because his memory, he didn't know what he was doing. The pride knew what had happened, they tried to stop him from leaving because they knew it wasn't fault, but he still ran off."

Kayla is at a loss for words at how to respond to the revelation.

“It’s the guilt that makes him not want to him to return. Do not tell him I told you this or you know. He’s going t-“

Jay spots Conal returning.

"I think I can show the bleeding."

[Stormy]

Jay placed his head on the ground to make it seem as they weren’t talking at all.

“I went to look to see if there was any better place we could take Jay, but I couldn’t find anything exactly close by.” Conal says as he reached the two.

“And if you can slow it then by all means go for it.”

"There's a forest no too far from here."

[Stormy]

“Alright then” Conal replies and looks down at Jay who he was about to pick up on his back.

“...Did he fall asleep?”

"He must have passes out from the blood loss. We have to hurry!"

Conal gets Jay on his back as quick as he could.

"Lead the way"

The two eventually make it to the Forrest.
