You can see all the animals reunited below the Pride Rock, but when Kiara escapes and looks back, all the animals are gone, not even Simba is there.

Look at the two Vitanis. The second one has black ear stripes but the first one doesn't. I think this was a color blooper though because the lines where her ear stripes are supposed to be colored in are visible.
Plus, her nose is pink and her eyes are red!

i saw a scan once of a book with Zira in it and she had blue eyes 
and you want to know how the animals are able to appear & dissappear whenever there's a song? they are actually wierd plants that look like animals and grow out of the ground as soon as they hear music. When the music stops, they shrivel up and go back underground.
