I have a new theory on why Scar wanted to kill Mufasa and Simba so much. It will appear in my Fan-Fiction way later, but if you really wanna know, open the spoilers tag.

Scar wanted to get revenge on Sarabi, because she chose to marry Mufasa instead of him, and he was heartbroken. He pretended to be okay with it, but he really wasn't. This is another motivation to kill someone.

When I was just 2 years old, seeing The Lion King for the first time, I couldn't stand Scar. Or rather, I was terrified of him. I ran around in the movie theater when I was little, always when a happy scene came on. But when Scar's scenes came on in the movie theater, I would run back to my seat in fear. And when I played Lion King with my dad, I would always make him be "Car" (as I called him XP), because I always wanted to be Simba. [Though my dad loved Scar, so it wasn't a big deal xD]

But after watching the movie again more than 10 years later, I found a new love for Scar. This could be because over the years, through my love of Pokemon, I had grown to love the bad guys (Team Rocket). Since them, I paid attention to the villains in every movie and anime, falling in love with each one of them in a different way. It's weird, I know, but I think they're much cooler, and usually [in the case of anime] hotter. So, I revoked my hatred of "Car" and fell in love with the character of "Scar". He's cunning, adorable, badass, and just downright awesome.

And, no matter what Zira or Disney or ANYONE says, I will forever be in denial about his death. What if he fought off the hyenas and sprinted away? Don't even try to argue; it's set in my mind.
