Might I suggest the midnight to 3am range? I tend to be the only one on here during that time. I'd gladly sacrifice a few hours of browsing during my unusual sleep schedule so that no one else is interrupted ^-^

Though of course, I understand work isn't likely to leave you in a position when you are able to update during that time. So don't sweat it if you can't update then. I think everyone will welcome updates regardless, since some members have been having issues with the site.
