^ I think a combination of that, plus problems with the site itself, are what's killed off MLK. For example, I constantly get logged off for no apparent reason while I'm browsing/posting (it happened again while I was typing this up LOL). The chatbox is so glitchy and dead that most people just use telegram to chat. Also, half of our new members are clearly bots but for some reason they keep getting approved.

It's kind of hard for members to care about this place when the mods and admin clearly don't.

The lion king 1-3 have been discussed to death, Fans of the lion guard gotta wait for season 2 to start and there has been a lack of info on that. The remake wont be coming until july of 2019 and a trailer isn't likely until late 2018.

Agreed with the last few posts, all of those were contributing factors. I also got an error message the other day when trying to post a comment, it said something along the lines of "Your ISP has been involved in spam or isn't doing enough to stop spam", which left me kinda baffled Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I had just increased the PP for one user and decreased for a couple, can see that sorta thing being filtery to decrease spam. Though I only messed with PP for like 3-4 people, which isn't much. Thankfully, a copy-paste of my comment and a refresh of the page allowed me to post it without error. These little errors and bugs are definitely something that needs ironing out.

In other news, just heard that Hillary said she isn't going to run for president again, thank the lord. Fingers crossed the DNC won't royally screw up like that again.

There's pretty much no staff anymore, though, nor a concern to build another. Moderators also have limited power, so it's not like I can do anything by myself. Not that it would be of much use, at the moment. Many people have left and there are no new actual members (I also don't know why bots are approved, I don't control that), so it would be extremely difficult to pick up activity again. Personally, I've seen this situation happen before, in other forums, so I'm not surprised.

Either way, I do visit the forum every now and then, but, as it was said, if I don't see any new posts, I just do something else. Who knows what might happen.
