Think I'm going to spend the day tomorrow doing housework and the evening writing. Have a bit of a working day before the fun of London on Tuesday.

I want to work on homework right now, but I can't. Hopefully I'll be able to after dinner, but then again it's Sunday (aka family day), so maybe not. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

"Shadows Die" may just be my favorite song. Which is saying something because I have never had a single favorite song due to loving music in general and being terrible at picking favorites. But I'm gonna go ahead and say it, "Shadows Die" is my favorite song. For once, I have a favorite song. I mean, I guess it's expected since the group who perform it are also the second group ever to reach a point where I'd actually say "this is my favorite band."

Bloomin' relieved Trump's still willing to work with the UK despite most of our politicians insulting him.

Somethings changed, she insults me all the time, and hates on everything I like. The insulting I can deal with, but I never do that to her! I think I've been trying to hide the fact we've changed from my mind so I can convince myself things are the way they used to be. I want her as a friend, and quite frankly, she was the only person to ever say she cared and worried about me in my mental state. I don't want to believe is over, I can't seem to be okay with this. She is the only person I could ever trust, the only person who knows what I've done. If I loose her, I'll never trust anyone again. It just can't be over for us. I was worried about bothering her too much, now I'm worried she'll think i hate her when I don't talk to her. I don't hate her, she's still my best fried, but I can't deal with this anymore, If this doesn't change, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I need to text her and work this out, see what she says about it,

As someone who has had a lot of issues with trusting people (and trusting the wrong people) I just want to say that yes things change in friendships and all relationships sometimes and yes, it can be really difficult to cope with, especially if you don't have the closure of understanding why/how/what happened. And yes, it often feels as though we won't be able to get past it, won't be able to trust again, etc., but that's never actually the case. We don't always stay friends with the same people, and sometimes the friendships we have change. It can be tough when someone we used to be able to tell anything to becomes someone we don't know that we can trust anymore, either they've changed or maybe we did, but things are just different...

But that's how life is sometimes, things change. It's not necessarily a bad thing, though it may feel like it now, and it doesn't necessarily mean the friendship is over. Either way, being a good person and being yourself will lead you to more people you can trust one day, maybe even someone else you already know, whether you realize it or not. But things will be okay. You'll see. One day you'll find a light at the end of the tunnel and you'll look back on this and marvel at how different things are.

This exactly. You're still young and you still have a lot of time.

Hell, do you want to know how long it took me before I found my permanent group of friends? My senior year of high school, basically. And that's not to say that the friends I'd had before were bad or anything, it was just different. Most of them were in my life for a while and then they drifted. And that's okay. It happens.

I know I once was in a place where I had a friend move away and I was worried because she was the closest friend I'd ever had up to that point. Once she left I didn't see a lot of my friends anymore. But it was okay. I carried on, I met new people and things were alright again.

That's how life goes sometimes. I'm sorry to hear that this friendship isn't working out, but please don't give up. There's someone out there who will fill that gap. They may even be in your life already - just keep an open heart and mind, and you'll be surprised at how things change.

And if you need to talk about this with anyone, then let me know. I'll be sure to lend a listening ear, if you ever need it. In the meantime, though - don't give up, kiddo. You got this.
