Currently my resistance tube, as converting your own weight into resistance to power your workout is very effective. Well, that or going for brisk walks, because something about just being outside, headphones in, music loud, and just taking in the sights and feelings is... well it makes the anger quiet down a little bit.

Do you tend to have control over your temper?

I seem to control it, I think, I can't actually tell very well, I'm cool as a cucumber in public (Most of the time) but at home I like to chuck things at walls xD. I'm very patient with others, but I have my limits, but controlling it? Eh, I'm not the best.
