Unfortunately, no. On very rare occasions, we'll get some bits of snow, but not enough to cover the ground.

The ability to fly. I have always dreamed of flying, it would be so amazing I can't even describe it. Plus birds are my favorite creature. If I could fly, I would be able to go almost wherever I want to in the world.

Breathing underwater sounds more useful. I'd probably get killed in 5 minutes if I tried to fly. Not to mention if I did survive i'd probably be thought of as a demon by religious folks or scientists will want to experiment on me. With breathing underwater i'd more easily hide it.
