^ Hope you're OK? I've had (thankfully small scale) panic attacks before. Sometimes it can be a build of subconscious anxiety / stress. You don't always have to be particularly stressed at that moment.

Cheers fellas - I was just sitting with my housemates last night when I suddenly got very, very hot and couldn't stop shaking - not pleasant at all :S I went and lay down for a bit and it went away though.
