Lost my purse last night - wether it was stolen or I just dropped it in the street is unknown, but, either way, it's gone. Along with £35 cash, a £40 gift card for Top Shop, my drivers liscence, student card, debit card, electoral ID and so much more. Once I replace everything I will be facing a net loss of >£100, not to mention there were a few things in there that I won't be able to replace (e.g. my staff card from my job in Edinburgh this summer - obviously it's no use anymore but I was keeping it for sentimental reasons)

I wonder when she'll edit her message. I would love to know what she has to say.

It's too bad that job requires you to actually be taking the class. I wouldn't mind just joining a class that has nothing to do with my degree if it meant getting money, but I won't pay for a class just to do that. It doesn't make much sense to me.

I'm a Lionvenger and I speak more English than Kitty.

Kitty is a reel language. It consists of 'meow' in different tones.

I can't just keep it from her. I was hoping it wouldn't be necessary, but he clearly hasn't taken a hint.

I lost my wallet in 2015. I had about $130 in cash and gift cards, and the total cost to replace everything brought the monetary loss up to around $200 or more.

That was a very crappy day.

Damn - ah well, best of luck with the project you've settled on.

Speaking of NaNo, I got just under 2k words written today. That's just under 2K more than last year's total

Damn, that really sucks Regs - this is the first time I've lost something of value and NOT gotten it back - I'm usually so careful about this kind of thing, as well. My headphones are missing as well - maybe I did simply just drop it and not notice :(

Thankfully I don't keep my pendrive in my purse like I used to - that would have made things exponentially worse.

I just spent a really long and intensive war where I was somehow collectively kicking Spain's, Portugal's and Provence's asses all on my own as a newly formed Italy, all in a struggle to keep Spain out of Italy, and won.

Welp either I'm very lucky or I'm actually figuring out how this game works??

Marizzle wrote:Most of the time, I feel more comfortable speaking and writing in English and feel like I can explain myself better in it than in Portuguese. It's no lie that I speak more English than my native language, but it's still frustrating - I mean, come on! Usually, people think I'm just "showing off", when I'm not...that really gets to me. It makes me feel like I'm strange, if I must be honest. :/

You're not strange, it happened to me a lot too. :P

I'll do it soon, sorry. I just had to wait a bit because Tuesdays are quite honestly hell for me. :chuckle:

No worries, though, I didn't forget.
