What exactly are godparents? I don't think I've ever had a straight answer to this and I don't think I know anyone who has any. lol

Ugh so I decide to sleep in this one time and miss that class and then my mind proceeds to have a traumatizing dream where there's like a quiz and something about the professor hates me (even though there's like hundreds of people in this class, c'mon there's no way she knows who I am) and then all this other crap and just... ugh why. That was so weird and unnecessary, thanks brain.

Pretty sure they're the designated guardians to a child should anything happen to both parents.
That said, my godfather died when I was 8 and my godmother then shut herself off from the entire family. Thankfully I made it to adulthood without tragedy.

I also believe godparents are supposed to be there to help guide the child throughout life if they ever need it but idk...

As much as I hate to even think it, I wonder if I should try to get a second job and then keep the one I have... I can't do this full time, and I don't want to do it forever, but is anything different enough actually hiring that it wouldn't totally stress me out to add to my current one? Could I maybe get into online work on the side somehow? I'm so bad at getting noticed. Hmm.

What Buffy said Mine are, odd... to say the least. They never go out, their nosey and judgemental, have nothing to talk about really and you have to be so careful what you say around them. That being said, we lasted two hours today and my daughter was sat in a high chair for that long and was an absolute angel. They seem to love our company for some reason so are always inviting us out and not the rest of the family? Hey ho.

I'm thinking, it's prosecco time! Mum's sale went through after a year! At last!
