I wanted to place my order today, but I'll definitely only do so tomorrow. My mom just left to the hospital, as she was feeling extremely nervous all day and her tension levels (I'm not sure if that's how it's called in English) were starting to be...concerning. I don't want to give her more stress.

Also does anyone know if it's normal/possible for muscles to grow at all within like a week span? Because I started working out every day and changing what I was eating and stuff and I feel like they are already a bit more toned but then I dunno if I'm just imagining this or something. LOL
I need to stop wondering about it.
