Honestly I don't really know what the ---- is wrong with me. Maybe I should consider seeing someone. I feel like it's not getting much better. If anything it's just stayed the same or gotten worse as the weeks go on.

I'm not suggesting that dwelling on it is the best thing, but ignoring it entirely doesn't help either. It's important to be able to ignore it so that you can go about your life as you need to, but taking a moment to pause and reflect on these things really isn't so bad.
