What did I dream about last night? All I remember is Pokémon, but I feel really anxious/worked up, like when you dream about someone you love getting hurt, or a serial killer chasing you, or being late, or running zombies...

I really need to work out every day I have off, and any day I have a light workload, too. Getting fit is very important for lots of reasons, after all. Having made a little progress isn't good enough to quit.
