Do I hear it raining out there? That seems like an excellent way to cool off.

I'm actually getting quite a bit done in terms of planning.

This next school year is going to be intense with classes, work, volunteering, trying to get onto the equestrian team, and this officer position, but I'm looking forward to it. College is definitely the best thing to ever happen to me and I feel weirdly at home keeping busy like this. I'll just have to keep everything in my life in order.

I also want to get involved in some internships and research sooner rather than later, and maybe go snowboarding again this winter. Hmm...

Oh god glitchtastrophe. All the ground disappeared around me. I accidentally stepped into it and started falling, managed to jump back out, but I couldn't get back home. Time to quit for a bit then, lol.

I don't think I've met a single person who genuinely likes dark chocolate and doesn't eat it only because there's no other type of chocolate available. No idea how it even sells outside of people who use it for baking lol?

I hope Penny gets to be the flag bearer for the closing ceremonies. She's already our most successful athlete ever at the Summer Olympics, and she's only 16 years old. What she's achieved in Rio is nothing short of amazing.

My brain is always hyperactive at the worst times. Maybe I got settled early enough that my tiredness will override it in the next hour and I'll be able to get decent rest. Maybe.

My mother absolutely loves dark chocolate and 100% preferes it to any other type of chocolate. It's a bit odd, but true.

I love dark chocolate that has a mint taste with it! :D My sister likes it plain though :3

Woo, getting two new chickens today! One of which will be my daughters first pet, so she can help look after it when she's a little older and learn where eggs come from etc ^^
