Basically what Tsuki said. It's your wedding, so tailor it to what you want/can afford. Don't feel like you need to be under pressure to make it big - it sounds like you've already put tons of work into it and honestly, if it makes you happy then that's what matters.

If someone is going to show up to your hard-earned wedding just to complain about it, then imho they are ungrateful, end of story.

I wish I could say they had, but, unfortunately, there are even more active fires now. This situation has been going on for around 3-4 days, so our firemen are already too exhausted, which was why we sought for international help today. Thank you, though! Hopefully, all will be better soon.

Thanks guys. I guess so, I've just been so anxious about it this week it's almost putting me off planning anything at the moment :\ We've excluded a couple of things from it this week due to budget, so I think that's whats setting it off. And when people say things to me like; 'Oh who are your bridesmaids' etc, and then looked shocked when I say we aren't having any, it makes me feel awkward D: Thanks for your words, I will try and remember it's mine and his day, but I want people to enjoy themselves too <3

Hun, it's going to be a lovely day. Weddings don't have to be big, fancy affairs, it's the actual marriage that matters and the two people getting married wanting to spend the rest of their lives together. Everyone coming who cares about you and Jamie are coming to see you be joined together in marriage, the size of the party doesn't matter. If anyone is disappointed about that, then they are coming for the wrong reason.

Yeah, in total I've given 15 years of my life to the hotel business (over 10 in this job) and there are only so many times you can listen to the same complaints, plus I'm getting a little tired of the immaturity of some of my colleagues at the moment. The job that has caught my eye is as a receptionist at Eastbourne DGH, so it would be transferring my years of reception / admin experience to a different environment.

If you need a hand with anything give me a shout but honestly hun, it's going to be amazing . Yeh....I'm only having my sister as a Bridesmaid because I can't afford any others . Because I'd want all my girl friends and girl cousins as bridesmaids and that would total over ten . Meep! Your still going to be my Biatch at my wedding though .
