A part of me wants it to be Saturday already. Just two more days of work and then moving out and then flying and then I can have a two week break.

Also since my mom is visiting I'm reminded of the fact that I'll never be able to share this webcomic with her and will need to try to keep it hidden if I don't want to cause more issues. She would really hate it and I don't feel like dealing with that. But oh well, wasn't planning on sharing with her anyway - just another thing for me and my dad. If she wanted me to be open and share things with her then she wouldn't act this way.

But eh whatever. I'm rambling. 6:30 AM - need to get ready for work.

Portugal has over 320 active fires right now and, yet, multiple countries believe we're "overreacting". If it were them waking up with a grey sky, bright flames and ashes falling, it wouldn't be considered "overreaction". Hopefully, this hell will end soon... Luckily, there's no fire near me, but the sky isn't blue for sure.

I'm suddenly absolutely petrified about this wedding. I'm so worried people will be come and feel let down as it's only a small wedding. So concerned that it'll be a real let down to their expectations and they'll get bored and leave as soon as they've eaten These dreams are not helping either

I wish I could say they had, but, unfortunately, there are even more active fires now. This situation has been going on for around 3-4 days, so our firemen are already too exhausted, which was why we sought for international help today. Thank you, though! Hopefully, all will be better soon.
