I usually don't mention the dysphoria I'm feeling as it would get redundant listing it most every post here, but today it's really severe.

I managed to get my computer running again, even in a somewhat-temporary state, I mailed off the broken graphics card for return, went to the dentist, changed my car battery and fixed the broken terminal, changed the oil, and added a little air to the tires. I'd say that's enough for now.
