Zeke woke up screaming. He looked around franticly to only find Bakari. Zeke had not gotten much sleep that night, his memories kept him up. "Oh, its just you," Zeke said with a sigh of relief and layed his head on his paws. He stay quiet, catching his breath and panting like crazy.

"Today's a big day, we shall see if she trully has a plan ready for us. Aside from our public exicution." He smiled lightly, but he knew that in his own plan, no matter what Mila thought, he was going to fight Zilo and regain the honor he had lost when he had run away all those years ago.

Mila awoke inside her cave, and found herself laying next to Zilo. Too close.. too close she thought. She figured it would be better not to move, yet.

Zilo awoke to see Mila looking in his face. "Hey Mi, sleep well?" he asked.

Mila responded to Zilo's question "Yeah" she said, lying. "What about you?" She asked him back, not really caring.

"I slept well, knowing my mate is back with me and my plan is finally going to be a success. With all of them gone, no one can possibly stop us." He said, and kissed Mila lightly. It was very short lived. "Let's go get those two lions to beg for mercy or something, I'm in the mood to torture" he said.

Mila, sensing a open time to talk to the two, said "Yes, I want to punish them just as much as you do. Let's go" and with that, they were off.

In a few minutes, they reached the cave Zeke and Bakari were being held in. They began to open the door, and Mila asked Zilo " Can I go in there alone ? " Zilo thought for a moment and replied, "Sure." When Mila went inside, Zilo went to the nearest hyena and said "Spy on her from the other cave. Tell me if she's planning anything with them." and shooed the hyena off.

Bakari was tense with anticipation as he heard the pawsteps at the entrance and the muffled voices. "Zeke, there here." he whispered, feeling a hint of excitement as he could make out the form of Mila padding into the cave. "Mila, do you have any news for us?" he asked, ready for whatever knews she may bring.

[Zeke]

Zeke saw Mila walk into the cave and looked away. He was still furious with her and was not afraid to show it. Mila had broken his trust in her, something that is hard to build back.

"News? Hah. Yeah, the news is that your going to die, in oh, 3 hours ? I abandoned you two yesterday when Zeke said that to me." She said, and winked at Bakari.

Bakari looked solemn for a moment, pretending to feel over depressed, he padded heavily to the back of the cave and shlumped down on the ground with a heavy sigh. "Well then, that's three more beautiful hours I get to spend in this dump."

[Zeke]

Zeke had not gotten the hint. He thought that Mila was serious and put his head down on his paws and began to sulk. Great, I really screwed up this time.

"So then," Bakari asked, getting up and facing Mila proudly. "Then what are you doing in here?" He stared her down, gaining his composure from his old days.

Mila walked right next to Bakari and whispered "When I say something about erasing memories, kill Zilo." She walked away from Bakari. She went over to Zeke, to tell him the same thing.
