Zira's Plot
Ahead of the others, Nuka was making haste towards the outlands, a desolate place, no animals lived there and the members of the pride had no reason to visit either. As Nuka approached the boarder, he was met by a small gap leading down to river, the only way across was a fallen tree. The crazy young lion slowed his pace and started to cross slowly. As he did, a sudden hissing came from below him. He looked, only to be greeted with he eyes of a bunch of hungry crocodiles 'Nice crocodiles, dont mind me hehe..' He continued his walk over to the outlands
One safely on the other side, Nuka picked up his pace again headed deeper into the outlanders. Eventually he came across an open area. Zira was there, with Kovu and Vitani under her. She was also surrounded by a large group of the pride. Nuka dashed towards them 'Hi mother!' He yelled, dashing towards them, only to trip up and skid to a halt. Kovu and Tani found it amusing 'Nuka, you finally made it. We an now begin, our plan to destroy Simba will come true'
Meanwhile Kivuli and his friends were still hot on the trail of Nuka. They had reached the river crossing, greeted by the same hissing crocodiles 'So whos going first?' asked Ashur. Kivuli stepped up straight away and crossed the tree with no difficulty. Kokota went next, then Ashur, only Zizi remained. She stepped up, and crossed slowly abut carefully. Towards the end however, part of the tree under her back paw causing her to slip and have to hold on for her life 'Zi!!!' yelled Kivui as he jumped back on the log to help. The crocodiles were tryign to get her, jumping out the water, snapping at Zizi's body.
Kivuli finally reached Zizi and held out his paw to her. Without hesitation she grabbed it and was pulled up to safety, and off the tree. Kivuli walked to her and gave her a hug 'Oh god Zi are you ok?' She stood shaking a little 'Im fine just a bit shaken thats all, im ok to go on' Kivuli let go of her and nodded 'Lets not waste time' The group headed off again, following Nuka's scent. It led them straight to the meeting. There was a small bush and a few rocks nearby, which they used as cover to listen to Zira's plot
'The time for action is now!' She yelled 'Simba killed Scar, the true king of us all. That so called king couldnt run pack of sleeping zebra, never mind a pride. We are its true leaders, we must take over and avenge our king' The group was all started snickering, laughing, letting out small roars in agreement 'Now heres the plan, when we head back, begin to spread yourselves across the pride. I will distract Simba, and when I give the word, we will strike, taking down those who do not follow our rule' Nuka had remained silent until know and spoke up 'Mother, what about Kivuli and his friends, they are strong and might stop us' Zira thought for a moment as her clan looked on waiting for a reply 'He will be an issue. Take out the rest of the pride first, then all focus on attacking him, he cant take us all'
As Zira went on, Kivuli spoke to his friends 'Darn it she is planning something. Im sorry i doubted you Zi, I should have listened' She looked at him with a cunning smile on her face 'Maybe you should take a piece of Zira's advice and listen to us girls more often' Kivuli just chuckled a little before listening in more. A cool breeze went past, kicking up the dust that covered the entire place. Everyone shielded their eyes so not to become blinded, but the troubles didnt end there. Ashur got some caught up his nose. He tried to resist but in the end it was pointless, as he let out a loud sneeze. Zira jumped round facing their direction 'Who is there, get out here now'
The group of friends looked on, with fear in their eyes 'Kivuli, what do we do?' Asked Kokota. Zira was marching over with her gang in tow 'The only thing we can do. RUN!!' And so they did. The four of them began running as fast as they could to get away 'After them! Kill them all!' howled Zira, as her group ran after Kivuli. They reached the crossing, there was no time for being careful, they all crossed at once and at speed. Thank fully the tree held up but one of Zira's pack was beginning to cross over and almost had them. When the lioness was close, Kivuli didnt think twice, he swung his paw, knocking her off the tree into the river, giving the crocs a fresh lunch 'Come on keep moving they are still coming' yelled Kivuli as the group ran back to priderock
