Sick, sick, sick, absolutely sick. Why on earth would somebody do this to innocent people who were out to have fun?

If the media is to believed though he wasn't particularly religious and ISIS hasn't claimed credit for this. All I know is that I'm struggling to buy the whole "depressed" excuse, depression doesn't magically make you think it'd be a good idea to mow down people celebrating their national holiday. That's called having psychopathic tendencies.
