^ That's definitely a really common feeling for me. It's one I'm trying to overcome right now as my life keeps changing around me, and I can't control it. Like Carl said, I don't think saying "I hope you feel better soon" is really adequate. But as someone who is also going through a tough time, though different in nature, I know it sucks. It just really sucks. It can get better, but it's definitely just really awful in the moment. So I'm sorry you're going through a tough time.
