A huge clatter of my friends have broken up these last few weeks, two of whom were supposed to be doing the Camino de Santiago for all of June/most of July. One left three days in and now the other is having to leave a week and a half in because he failed one of his Medical school exams and now he has to revise for a resit in August else he'll be off his course and his dream of being a doctor will be finished. Another of my friends who I though had their s word together just opened up to me about how much she's struggled this whole year away at Uni.
And I had gotten so used to my life being a general disaster for the last three years that now stuff has started to go right and I just can't help but feel a bit poopy for them

There's one about 15-20 minutes away by car (right next to my work), which is where we took Buffy when he was sick. My parents think he's fine because his energy is up and all that, and he didn't choke while eating it (apparently he's eaten a remote before too lol), but last time he got into the chicken it took 2 days before he vomited and so I'm a bit worried until it passes out of his system. Hopefully he'll be okay.

It's alright, I've also been through the exact same. As for me, I'm just happy you're happy, Lucy. No need to feel guilty over that.
