Any idea on how to color pictures quicker? Can't seem to find a way to speed up the process...something with layers

What program are you using currently? o:

I've been using FireAlpaca lately, which is a free program with layers and the magic wand tool.
With layers, I keep the lineart in one layer, and the coloring in another. The coloring goes below the linart, so you don't color over it. Then, using the magic wand, you can clean up the color that got outside the lines.

The ways to use tools/layers are different for every program, so you might want to watch a few tutorials about your program.
MS Paint, if you're using that, does not have layers or the magic wand tool. However, there are some tips and tricks that are also provided in tutorials. c:

I have a DA now, but it doesn't have many pictures just yet. I probably won't be adding all of the ones here, as many are really old. ;0;
